You can compare the Parkoffice full-service formula to a hotel: a comfortable office space in a professional work environment, immediately operational and with all overheads included in the price tag. Parkoffice guarantees an unequalled flexibility in time and space, enabling you to adapt to changing needs. The full-service office is elegantly furnished and supplied with a telephone line and fast Internet connection. Experienced co-operators for telephone service, administrative support, agenda management, the organisation of private tasks, maintenance, etc. A meeting room is at your disposal free of charge.
The full-service formula (see question 1) is the Parkoffice-standard. We don not offer so-called ‘naked space’. Nevertheless, it goes without saying that your favourite desk or a filing cabinet in which you find your way around blindfolded, can get their place in your office. Everything is open to discussion. Our main concern is that you feel at home in your office, that you feel good and that you can work in the best of conditions and with the best of help.
Flexibility is not a meaningless notion in Parkoffice. By flexibility in time, we mean that you do not have to engage in the habitual Belgian 3-6-9 contracts. Parkoffice thinks along with you and offers you the comfort of a short-term or long-term contract according to your needs. We really go very far in this. It is even possible to have an office only now and then or on a part-time basis. Our rule is that basically there are no rules. We analyze your office-needs together with you and consequently compile a package that is perfectly adapted to what you actually need. This way, the overheads are kept transparent and within the limits you have set and you come to work in Parkoffice with a good feeling.

When you check-in, you are given an access code enabling you to enter the building 24/24 hours and 7/7 days. Of course you also receive a key of the office that you have rented and you have permanent access to the coffee and soft drink machines, the kitchen, central fax and copier and a free meeting room.
The Parkoffice offices are all situated in the Parkoffice building, in the heart of Ghent. By means of alliances with several national and international associations however, we can offer office services all over the world. Parkoffice is member of the Belgian Office Business Centres Association, of the Office Business Centres Association International and of Alliance. If you have a full-service office in Parkoffice, you have privileged access to more than 600 business centres all over the world, where you can use a meeting room or day-office for free during 8 hours a month.
Parkoffice continuously invests in innovation, also as far as ICT is concerned. Our fully equipped ICT-room is air-conditioned and has professional server-cabinets with U-racks, in which our customers can place their servers in all safety. Thus, your can work comfortably in your office, without any nerve-racking buzzing or extra warmth. Our 100-mb/sec fire walled fibre optic bidirectional Internet connection is amongst the most performing in the business. The Parkoffice-team can adjust your Internet feed to your changing needs immediately (up to 5-mb/sec). For other ICT-services we have a partner at hand.
The offices that Parkoffices offers vary in surface and number of workstations. Our smallest office has a surface of 16 m². Most units vary from 20 m² to 25 m², but we also have offices of more than 40 m². Moreover, when the building was renovated, the possibility of corresponding offices was thought of. Thus we have units up to 95 m². In the full-service formula you have ample meeting room at your disposal, so that your office itself can be used exclusively as workspace. The welcoming of customers, candidates and other guests can be done in a stylishly furnished common office.
The Parkoffice-team offers an answer to any question. In the course of the years, the team has built-up an expertise in several fields. In addition, Parkoffice has a network of experienced partners that can offer an answer to the most diverse questions. Thus, besides the usual secretarial services, type work, agenda management, data-input, stock management, copywriting, HR and sales support, Parkoffices can also take care of lay-outing and the follow-up of printed matter, translations, etc. Each new question is treated with professional attention to quality and timing, while the price tag is permanently screened. In each Parkoffice-room there is an Internet connection of 1-mb/sec fibre optic bidirectional, in the offices as well as in the meeting rooms. By means of an advanced internal switch-system, every connection can be extended immediately to several plugs in the same room up to a maximum of 5-mb/sec. Up to 25-mb/sec is possible on demand.
For meetings, presentations, seminars etc. Parkoffice can take care of coffee breaks and sandwiches. It goes withour saying that breakfast and lunch meetings are possible too.
If you have a full-service office in Parkoffice, you can use a small meeting room 24/24 hours and 7/7 days without extra charge. The large meeting room can be used after office hours too. Coffee, soft drinks, sandwiches etc are put ready beforehand, enabling you to continue your meeting without being interrupted needlessly. Your guests are being welcomed at the entrance by means of a personalized message on our flat-screen. You can send faxes or make faxes with your personal code. If you don’t have an office in Parkoffice, you can still use our meeting room and have access to the same facilities and services.
